A large petrochemical complex embarking on a new organizational-wide executive planning and control system deployment project.

Challenge

The client needed assistance evaluating the existing system and developing the new system, and required support for system development, the test run, and the initial and final implementations.

The existing system in place proved to be incompetent to cater to the requirement of the rapidly growing organization. Thus, a series of brainstorming and co-analysis meetings were held between the client’s HR, Planning, Strategy Teams, and the Consulting Engineers to identify the shortcomings of the existing system. At the same time, the processes, procedures, and requirements of the new setup were developed in detail.

The client was accompanied through the test run implementation phase in addition to the initial and final implementation phases successfully and was provided with supporting services and modifications wherever requirements arose.

The project was presented in an international best practice competition and won an excellent ranking.
