Petenco was engaged to provide a comprehensive consultation and feasibility report for a Jack-Up Rig project.

Our team evaluated custom rig design concepts, from initial concepts to detailed design packages, ensuring that the proposed solutions aligned with the client’s performance objectives. We conducted in-depth feasibility studies on the mast and substructure, carefully examining the structural integrity and operational efficiency necessary for the rig to meet industry standards.

Additionally, the feasibility report addressed rig transport systems, analysing the use of skids, trailers, and handling mechanisms to ensure smooth and efficient movement of the rig. The consultation extended to backyard system design and equipment handling, offering insights on optimising operational flow. We also evaluated the walking and skidding systems, ensuring the rig’s mobility and adaptability to various sites.
