PMC and Feasibility Study for a Chemical Plant in Türkiye

Project management consultancy and feasibility study services were carried out for an agricultural-based ethyl alcohol production facility in Türkiye. The facility is focused on sustainable production and uses a dry milling process to convert corn into ethanol, supporting applications across sectors such as beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and industrial solvents.

The study assessed the project’s technical, operational, and commercial viability, including production stages such as corn reception, grinding, fermentation, distillation, dehydration, and storage. The scope also considered the facility’s zero-waste production model, by-product utilisation, low-carbon approach, and product portfolio, including ethanol, DDGS, and food-grade liquid CO₂.
