A team of professionals in engineering design, planning management, and procurement were selected and put together to execute the project alongside chosen experts from the client side.

Through close collaboration between the two teams, a specialized working group was formed which first carried out a highly accurate feasibility study and then started the revamp project.

Taking advantage of profound previous experience and a deep understanding of the existing production technology, the team was set up successfully to manage the revamp process which finally resulted in a 25% increase in the production volume.

Empowering the client’s existing workforce by providing them with necessary trainings and working alongside them through all stages of the project, played a key role in the successful implementation of the project. Likewise, provision of accurate knowledge and expertise in planning, management, team setup and technology led to a significant increase in the nominal production capacity in addition to a considerable cost reduction in the revamp project.
