The client required assistance in the EPC management of the project

A team of project management experts consisting of project managers, project engineers, and project planners were assigned to both on-site and office-based positions.

A custom-made project management system was developed using PMBOK principles. Due to a concise schedule, the client was consulted, and an innovative parallel operation was proposed based on the critical path method analysis. The work breakdown and schedule/milestone tracking systems were developed. The project team followed all project deliverables and tracked the execution schedule providing alternative solutions to overcome the project bottlenecks. Due to parallel execution operation, the project was completed ahead of schedule with a 6% reduction in the total project calculated cost.
