The initial organizational chart was developed and, through interactive alteration and brainstorming sessions with the client, was evolved to a final chart tailored to the project requirements and yet flexible enough to meet the client’s needs and limitations.
Fulfilling the client’s requirement, with utmost flexibility, the existing organizational chart was redesigned, and the company’s onsite workforce was utilized in the new project as much as possible. The entire vacancies in the final organizational chart were recruited with variable ranges of expertise and compensation requirements.
